200 Restaurants Participate in 2017 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

The Valley Table’s ​fall 2017 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week kicks off October 30th until November 12th with over 200 restaurants participating with a brand new creative element: purple. Restaurants can showcase menus dedicated to trending purple produce, including cauliflower, Japanese eggplant, potatoes, beets, kale, carrots, peppers and Brussels​ ​sprouts​.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week provides diners with three-course, prix-fixe dinners for $32.95 and lunches for $22.95, from restaurants across Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster counties. Featuring a global selection of cuisines and farm-to- table dishes the​ ​list​ ​of​ ​participating​ ​restaurants​ ​is​ ​now​ ​available​ ​at ​​hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com​.  Reservations​ ​are​ ​highly​ ​recommended.
