Digging the Desserts at the Mix, White Plains Crowne Plaza

When I was invited to check out the White Plains Crowne Plaza’s restaurant, the Mix Cocktail Bar + Kitchen, it was originally focused to check out their dessert menus. Feed your soul with something on the sweeter side, like a generous cup of hot cocoa. City Limits has the perfect concoction ($5.95), crafted with Valrhona chocolate and Pastry Chef Tracy Kamperdyk Assue’s homemade marshmallows. If the weather outside is truly frightful and you can’t make it to the White Plains diner, try making their delicious version at home (click on the magazine to read the hot chocolate recipe full screen).
