Wednesday, October 16th at 6:30 PM: 3-Beast Feast featuring a pairing L’inizio’s very own Scott Fratangelo with our favorite butcher—Matt Campbell (Campbell Meats, Dobbs Ferry)—for an interactive, delicious meal.

Our festive celebration provides a meat-forward, family-style meal presented by Scott and Matt. Learn how the evening’s meal made its way from farm to butcher to the table.

Campbell Meats is a whole-animal Butchery & Charcuterie shop located in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Since opening in the Summer of 2016, it has provided residents of the Rivertowns and beyond with expertly fabricated meats, seasonal produce, artisanal provisions and an extensive selection of house-made charcuterie, some of which you’ll be tasting during the meal. Campbell Meats strives to showcase the bounty of the Hudson Valley, sourcing all its products within a 90-mile radius.

Our sommelier, David, will make recommendations for red and white wine pairings that can be purchased a la carte. As you leave, you will be provided with recipe cards provided by Campbell Meats and L’inizio.

1st course: Charcuterie platter featuring our popular chicken liver pate paired with a selection of housemade cooked sausages and cured meats from Campbell Meats

2nd course: Duck Ragu Pappardelle with rosemary and parmesan

3rd course: Braised Beef Shank with Beef Tendon, Polenta, Roasted Broccoli, and Brussels Sprouts

4th course: Candied Bacon Bombolini with Maple Glaze
