Put a big circle around April 23rd on your calendar. That Wednesday, thousands of diners in the Hudson Valley (ahem, that means you) will visit a participating local restaurant to take part in Dining Out For Life, an international restaurant-based fundraiser for local HIV/AIDS services.
Simply visit your favorite restaurant from their growing list that evening, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Hudson Valley Community Services, an organization dedicated to promote prevention and wellness for all people and to coordinate care for those living with complex health conditions.
