2nd course: Clase Azul Anejo
Carne en su jugo
Wood grilled Rib eye, Bacon Chochoyotas, serrano Local Mushrooms, Tomatillo, Canario beans, chiles toreados, Au Jus.
Third Course: Clase Azul Mezcal Corderos de Villa
Slow cooked lamb shank ,Dry Chiles rub ,chickpeas, carrots, Purslane, Charred onion Hand made blue corn tortilla, Salsa Molcajeteada.
Desser Course: Made with Clase Azule La Pinta Dulce Conquista.
