Last Monday, I had the pleasure of attending 42 The Restaurant‘s re-grand opening party at the top of the White Plains Ritz Carlton. The breathtaking 360-degree view of Westchester was the perfect backdrop to the party, which highlighting items off the new menu.
Chef Anthony Goncalves and his team have created dishes featuring Portuguese and Spanish tapas. Think small bites of deliciousness. (Is it possible that small bites mean you can eat more? I think so…) To see the new menu, click here.
