It was a perfect evening… As I drove up to the Castle Hotel & Spa—one of Tarrytown’s hidden gems—there wasn’t a could in the sky. As James and Brittney, the friendly staff behind the event, brought me down to the grotto, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I’ve been on the property several times to enjoy at meal at Equus, but I had no idea there was a pool on site. And a beautiful pool it was…
Pairing up with Spiked Seltzer {an IntoxiKate fav!} for the event, members of the Westchester #FoodieNation enjoyed a magical evening. The photo recap is below.

The Castle Hotel & Spa offers poolside parties each Thursday, featuring a different liquor. At the #IntoxiKate event, we were lucky to sip on Spiked Seltzer. The low sugar (and gluten free) seltzer and vodka drink comes in grapefruit, orange and lime. Spiked Seltzer and the friendly bartenders at the Castle were kind enough to also offer a signature cocktail—the IntoxiKate included strawberry lemonade, basil and lime Spiked Seltzer. UNREAL!
