A little over a week ago, I invited Chef Navjot Arora of Chutney Masala (Irvington) on Fork This with IntoxiKate to chat about Indian food and his restaurant. I’ve been lucky enough to have more than a few conversations with Chef Arora, and I thought it would be interesting to share some of those topics with the Westchester #FoodieNation, while dispelling some of the “myths” about Indian food. (Trust me, it’s NOT all curry.)
Shortly before going on air, I received an extremely humbling email from Chef Arora, which we discussed on air. In short, he created a special menu especially for the #FoodieNation made up of all IntoxiKate favorites! This special $24.95 per person (tax and tip extra!) prix fixe menu is available Mondays through Fridays from now until April 3. It includes one appetizer, one entrée and a dessert from the list below, basmati rice and nan bread will be served with the main course.
Entire table’s participation required. Now grab some friends and go have fun!
