The Food Bank for Westchester helps feed over 200,000 people in Westchester. The organization serves as the backbone of supply and support for 300 frontline hunger-relief programs throughout the county, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters.
The collaborative online cookbook is devoted to feeding families in need, on receipt at a time. The e-book costs $5 to download, however additional donations can be made. A mere $25 can feed one family this holiday season. You can download the recipe book here.
Tina DiLeo chats about coordinating the online holiday cookbook and Feed a Family event (starts at 11:05).
