Ardsley native Ken Carlton is known among his friends for his delectable tuna tartare and witty dinner conversation. And so the Park Slope resident, who’s the co-author of The Hunger, a book about Manhattan chef John DeLucie, has parlayed his knowledge of food – with another passion: that of marriage. The result? Food for Marriage, an engaging rear window romp into the lives of four couples—college friends from across the years—who, as the liquor flows, begin to say what they REALLY think. Reading this not only makes you hungry, but makes you totally identify. It’s like eating dinner with best friends. Carlton is already working on his next novel, one that takes place in Westchester, so stay tuned. Food for Marriage is available for Kindle and in paperback on Amazon. (www.kencarlton.net)
