February 22nd, Chefs Scott and Heather Fratangelo hosted the Westchester #FoodieNation at L’inizio for the first IntoxiKate event of the year (and the first IntoxiKate brunch!). The three-course prix fixe menu included mimosas and Bloody Marys for $32 per person. The photo recap of the event is below. The kale salad, an option from the first course, with Hudson Valley chevre, sour cherries, and sherry vinaigrette.
Also from the first course? Crispy veal sweetbreads with cherry pepper aioli, green apple, and pine nuts.
The bucatini carbonara with pancetta, farm egg, and parmigiano was a huge favorite!
Hats of the Heather on this one! The gingerbread pudding with whipped cream was a popular dessert option.
