CSG + Yonkers Brewing Company host Beer Dinner

Cedar Street Grill’s Chef Matt Kay (Dobbs Ferry) and Yonkers Brewing Company teamed up to host a Beer Dinner Tuesday, November 17th at the brewery. The event, which runs from 7-10 p.m., features food stations and accompanying beer pairings and benefits the Food Bank For Westchester. The menu includes:

Pulled Pork Sliders with house-made pickles and potato buns

Get you beer on: Kolsch Blonde German Ale

Buttermilk Fried St. Louis Ribs with Sriracha maple sauce

Get your beer on: Altbier Brown Ale

IntoxiKate’s Favorite Crispy Brussels Sprouts with bacon and parmesan

Dirty Boneless Chicken Wings, pepper berry spiced with creamy blue cheese

Beer-Braised Chicken Tacos with avocado cream, pinto beans and shredded lettuce

Yonkers Stour Floats featuring Johnny Gelato Ice Cream and Yonkers Vanilla Stout
