Take a tour of India’s culinary repertoire! First (and final!) stop: Chutney Masala in Irvington. The evening will start off with passed appetizers paired with an open bar*. Then, we’ll venture upstairs for an introduction to Indian cuisine, while you ponder the products on your plate. These items will be used for an interactive mini-cooking lesson on a samosa.
{Samosa (noun): A fried or baked pastry with a traditionally savory filling—think potatoes, onions, peas or ground meat—that can also be filled with something sweet.}
We’ll end our culinary journey with a delicious buffet dinner showcasing some of the best dishes Chutney Masala has to offer. Take a little of this, or a lot of that, and enjoy the flavors of the evening. Oh, and feel free to pour yourself a glass of wine. All that for $45 per person? Come on, let’s do Indian! RSVP NOW
