The Valley Table’s fall 2017 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week kicks off October 30th until November 12th with over 200 restaurants participating with a brand new creative element: purple. Restaurants can showcase menus dedicated to trending purple produce, including cauliflower, Japanese eggplant, potatoes, beets, kale, carrots, peppers and Brussels sprouts.
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week provides diners with three-course, prix-fixe dinners for $32.95 and lunches for $22.95, from restaurants across Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster counties.
