March 24th, La Scuola Grande at Eataly is hosting a class dedicated to two renowned Umbrian wines—Sagrantino and Montefalco Rosso—as well as five esteemed producers. While guests sip and learn about these wines, the Chef of La Scuola will offer accompanying food pairings. Students will receive wine tasting notes and recipes to take homes.
